Our quality control department is exclusively dedicated to visiting farms and ensuring that we have an excellent product, thanks to the great professionalism and specialisation with which we treat the meat and respect the temperatures.
We work with a fresh product, coming from farms with animal wellbeing certification, and we thoroughly monitor their traceability.
We have a Carcasses Plant that complies with all health and hygiene standards.
